Dr. Fulton
Dr. Fulton graduated in 1965 from Tulane University Medical School, He received a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Miami in 1972 and is a fellow of both the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. He is board certified in both specialties. Dr. Fulton established the non-profit foundation, The Institute for Skin Research in 1974 to foster research and increase public awareness about complexion problems. He is the co-developer of Retin-A. The doctor is the author of the nationally acclaimed book on Acne, "Step-by-Step Program for Clearing Acne." He is currently writing a new book called "Cosmetic Surgery of the 90's; The Art & Science of Age Deviance.
