WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE PROCESSED?
For all products, if you place your order before 4 PM Eastern Time on
a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin
processing that day. For example, if before 4 PM Eastern Time you order
an item that ships in 1 business day, it will ship the same day. If
you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM
Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing
the following business day.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
ScottsdaleFineJewelers.com will send a shipping confirmation with your
UPS tracking number so that you can track when your merchandise will
arrive.
We urge all customers to inspect your package or damage or tampering
before receiving or signing for receipt.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESSES
Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion,
we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise.
If you will not be home to sign for your order, ScottsdaleFineJewelers.com
can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient
destination.
As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when
you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination
other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card
or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To
help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide
them with your alternate shipping address.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping by UPS Ground:
- Delivery usually occurs in three to six business days after it is
shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona.
- ScottsdaleFineJewelers.com will ship only to a street address, not
a P.O. Box address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our checkout system does not calculate shipping rates for our customers
outside of the United States. Merchandise with retail value over $100
is shipped EMS so it can be tracked and insured. Merchandise with a
retail value less than $100 can be shipped Global Priority Mail without
insurance, but at your own risk.
We'll follow up new orders with an email quoting postal rates for your
specific country and you may decide which method you prefer. Returning
customers shipping preferences on file.
